I've been to those islands! The Vestmannaeyjar are off the south-west coast of Iceland, not far from Reykjavik. It's relatively warm and sunny there compared to other parts of Iceland because the Gulf Stream comes up and warms it.
I didn't see this specific 1-house island, but I climbed up a similar steep grassy slope on the main Island. It was beautiful, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and dotted with Icelandic sheep. Thanks for sharing this photo, I'm going to go find my Iceland pictures and look at them when I get home tonight!
