stripes and more men's bathing suits

Have I told you about my friend Jeff? Oh, of course I have, the best road-trip companion of all time. Well, we hadn't seen each other in about a year when at a certain beach in North Carolina for Memorial Day (some of you may know what I'm talking about) I saw this tall, skinny fellow in a large striped ensemble similar to the Beatle's get-up above. The figure looked familiar. Almost like Abe Lincoln. Without the beard. I got closer and closer to this remarkably old-fashioned character only to find that it was my friend Jeff. I couldn't contain my giggles. Of course he looked like 1902. It was the highlight of my trip. Now, Jeff chose his ensemble, but something tells me that the Beatles didn't. Just a hunch.
