I've been wanting to play with post-its FOREVER and finally got the opportunity last week to make this post-it heart pinata. Confession, they aren't really post-its. I wanted a wider color palette so I had to make them myself. For the full tutorial, go to Brooklyn Bride.
A HUGE thank you to Amanda Thomsen for taking time out of her day to come take the final shots with our super models, JJ and Cecilie.I have another project coming with post-its. Are you stoked?!
And if you're really into pinatas, check out the wedding cake

Brilliant, Miss B! Cannot wait to see the next post-it project you've got coming!
Really nice! Love pinatas! This is wonderful! Have a happy day
God, I love a pinata, and this one is so beautiful! The pixelated look is really awesome, and what's better -- the approach is actually easier than cutting all that tissue fringe. Nice job! I'll definitely have to give this a try.
Fabulous! And so simple!
so freaking cool! How long did that take you to make??
Holy Moly, this is AMAZING! and that is by far the chicest piƱata I have ever seen :)
@Lost in Cheesland, WAY too much time. As always ;)
@ashley, you're the best! thanks!
Thanks everyone! go try it out! I'll be honest though, I don't think it's less time than a normal fringe pinata @mandy
