How to make: bulb bouquet

Remember when I found those lovely shades of bulbs at Søstrenes Grenes a few weeks ago? Well, I had envisioned a bulb bouquet awhile back and I was super nervous that I was going to have to import some lovely bulbs but I totally struck gold with these! I had a ball (no pun intended) selecting colors and I have to say that I think this might be my favorite project of all time. Just maybe...

All you have to do is group the bulbs into little bouquets and then put them altogether with gold floral tape and then wrap a lovely ribbon around it. Voila! Check out my full instructions on Etsy Weddings.
Working with my photographer Amanda Thomsen and my model Cecilie Andersen is just a dream team situation. We do these mini shoots where we're in and out in an afternoon. Bliss! Poor Cecilie had to wear this Jenny Packham dress in the freezing cold and did so without complaints. Of course, the dress is so gorgeous that I don't think even I would complain. And I'm a cold weather wuss.
I had to include this last photo of her hair. I worked without a make-up/hair stylist for the day so yes, I had to put on yet another hat. A braid wrapped around her head twice? Oh, you know, just hearkening my childhood days.

Thank you to Vintage Bride for loaning the gorgeous dress.

That is SO BEAUTIFUL. I kind of wish I could get married again and make my own bouquet. And the dress is to die for, too!

It is very pretty and unique, though I know it is something I wouldn't want for my own wedding. I'm into flowers and I want a beautiful one for me and centerpieces for every table in our reception.

It's very nice and unique, though like Margaux, I chose a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers for my wedding. But those things are being taken care by my wedding planner, what I'm looking for right now is a perfect honeymoon destination for us.

Forget the (amazing) bouquet. I am particularly astonished on the wedding gown. I think this wedding has been a blast. Oh, your blog is beyond lovely. I think you are, too!

Nice and unique bouquet for the wedding. The gown looks pretty smooth and evokes a sense of mystery and purity.
