My latest project for the Etsy Wedddings is out. You know I have a thing for oversized anything, so of course I had to do an oversized snowflake backdrop for a winter wedding. Though I love flowers in springtime, I'm a huge advocate of winter weddings because it's a lot easier to have a unique wedding. There are a few clever touches that you can add in that you just don't get when the weather is nice. This project was inspired by this photo below:
I don't know what's going on here, but I love it. I don't even think they are snowflakes...maybe tablecloths? Whatever they are, I love them and the guy holding them.
For full instructions, check out the Etsy blog (including a template for some cool snowflakes).
A HUGE thank you to my models, Shayla and Nick, who brought their A game. And their own clothing. Aren't they adorable? And a huge thank you to Michèle for arranging the whole thing! You're the best!

Lovely, do you know of the Danish tradition of "gækkebreve", if not have a look here: http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%A6kkebrev (in Danish so google translate it perhaps)
Lets just say, I just stumbled upon your blog and I am so inspired! Love every bit...I'm excited to be following along.
