Make a tassel boutonniere


Here's my latest for Brooklyn Bride. I created an alternative to a traditional boutonniere inspired by military epaulettes--in the wake of Memorial day and all.

I'm thinking of making these for myself to wear every Sunday... Add a little dash to the regular church ensemble. These are great!

This is great! One question: how is it staying on in the picture? Is there another pin pinning it from the inside of the pocket? Or does the safety pin have 2 pins?

sorry for the late response. just seeing this now. Yes, I believe I pinned it from the inside. This big safety pin makes a large hole in the suit so I wanted to not hurt it.
